I. JOB DESCRIPTION

Financial Analyst is responsible in providing timely, relevant, and accurate reporting and analysis of the Company's financial performance against historical and budgeted figures gathered. It is also his/her duty to participate in all process and system advancements and handle inquiries and concerns relative to his/her task.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Prepare and manage financial packages for weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports with insights and analysis on recommendations and opportunities for improvement and profitable growth
  • Provide forecast updates including variance analysis with commentary and explanation for significant variances.
  • Responsible for providing analytical tools and insights that measure profitability and support business decision making to lead profitable growth.
  • Perform margin and ad hoc analysis to support business initiatives by maintaining and creating financial models with sensitivity and risk scenarios
  • Knowledge in Financial Statements to analyze short to long-term cash flow requirements, balance sheet, and income statement (P&L) to identify key cost drivers and trends to support and drive actionable programs to improve operating income.
  • Must thrive in a fast-paced environment and exhibit the highest personal and professional standards of integrity and ethics with the ability to be flexible and adapt to changing tasks priorities
  • Advanced Excel user with the ability to transform large amounts of data into meaningful insights; understand the audience and provide the right level of detail and analytics

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree major in Finance, Business, Accounting, and related courses.
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license in good standing
  • Must have at least 2 years of experience in FINANCIAL PLANNING and ANALYSIS
  • Knowledgeable in Financial Statements Analysis and Modelling, Management Reporting and Business Performance Evaluation, Feasibility Studies, and Valuations.
  • Willing to work on-site

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php50, Php60,000.00 per month
