About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Financial Consultant to join our team and support our client's supply chain transformation initiative. As a Senior Financial Consultant, you will play a key role in providing strategic financial advice and expertise to our client as they implement this critical business project. This is a full-time role based in Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila.

What you'll be doing

  1. Analyze the client's current financial processes and systems within the supply chain function
  2. Identify opportunities to streamline and optimise financial workflows and data management
  3. Design and implement new financial control mechanisms and reporting capabilities
  4. Collaborate cross-functionally with the client's operations, IT, and procurement teams
  5. Lead the development of financial models, budgets, and forecasts to support supply chain decision-making
  6. Provide expert guidance on financial risk management and regulatory compliance
  7. Train and upskill the client's finance team on new tools and processes
  8. Regularly report on project progress and financial impacts to senior stakeholders

What we're looking for

  1. 8+ years of experience as a financial consultant or in a senior finance role within a supply chain or logistics environment
  2. Proven track record of leading complex financial transformation projects
  3. In-depth knowledge of supply chain financial management best practices
  4. Excellent data analysis, financial modelling, and reporting skills
  5. Strong business acumen and ability to translate financial insights into strategic recommendations
  6. Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
  7. Familiarity with supply chain technologies and digital transformation initiatives
  8. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
