The role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Consultant for Financial Consolidation to join our team. This is a full-time position based in Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila. As the Senior Consultant for Financial Consolidation, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the company's financial reporting and consolidation processes.

What you'll be doing

  1. Oversee the full financial consolidation process, from data collection to report generation
  2. Ensure the timely and accurate preparation of consolidated financial statements and reports
  3. Identify and address any issues or discrepancies in the consolidation process
  4. Develop and implement standardised consolidation policies, procedures, and controls
  5. Provide guidance and support to the finance team on best practices for financial consolidation
  6. Assist with the analysis and interpretation of consolidated financial data
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the consolidation process

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial consolidation, preferably in the energy or infrastructure industry
  2. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and consolidation techniques
  3. Proficient in the use of financial consolidation software and tools
  4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  5. Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy in financial reporting
  6. Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
  7. Relevant bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  8. Professional accounting certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is an advantage
