The Vendor Accreditation Manager is responsible for overseeing the evaluation, approval, and ongoing compliance of vendors and suppliers. This role ensures that all vendors meet the company's standards for quality, compliance, legal, ethical, and performance requirements. The role involves collaborating across departments, developing vendor evaluation criteria, managing documentation, and ensuring adherence to regulatory and internal standards.

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must have a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Business Development, Supply Chain Management or other related field
  • With strong background in vendor accreditation management in a real estate industry
  • Exceptional ability in negotiating vendor contracts and making sound purchasing decisions
  • With excellent communication, negotiation, analytical, problem solving and decision – making skills
  • Possesses a strong sense of responsibility and professional presentation

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Build, manage and sustain good business relationship with vendors, suppliers, contractors and other business partners
  • Meet with suitable vendors/suppliers/contractors to assess and inquire about the products or services offered, negotiate pricing and communicate any product or service-related concerns
  • Conduct regular research on available vendors to determine best pricing and product/service quality
  • Establish and improve systems, procedures and standards to  evaluate or assess the performance of approved vendors/suppliers/contractors
  • Ensure that new and existing vendors/suppliers/contractors are compliant with the set criteria, standards and requirements
  • Stay informed about industry best practices and regulatory changes that may impact vendor compliance.
