Job Summary:

The Vendor Management Lead will be responsible for defining, implementing, and managing vendor onboarding and performance management processes. The role requires a strong background in ITIL practices, stakeholder management, and vendor governance across multiple service providers, preferably within infrastructure projects in the banking domain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define, refine, and implement vendor onboarding and performance management processes.
  • Manage vendor contracts, SLAs, KPIs, and communication procedures.
  • Monitor and review vendor performance, initiating corrective actions where necessary.
  • Facilitate vendor governance forums and performance review meetings.
  • Coordinate performance improvement activities across multiple vendors.
  • Maintain effective stakeholder management across onsite and offshore teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Must Have:

  • 10–12 years of experience in vendor management, onboarding, and performance tracking.
  • ITIL 4 Foundation or at least ITIL V3 Foundation certification.
  • Proven experience in managing multiple vendors and defining governance processes.
  • Strong experience in contract/SLA/KPI management and escalation handling.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Solid background in stakeholder and onsite-offshore coordination.

Good to Have:

  • Experience with Service Integration and Management (SIAM).
  • Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow.
