Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and highly organized Accreditation Officer to lead and support the school's ongoing efforts in academic quality and institutional improvement. The ideal candidate has a solid educational background, strong knowledge of teaching pedagogy, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative leadership style. This role is integral to our commitment to continuous improvement and maintaining high standards aligned with both local and international accreditation frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coordinate, and document all processes related to school accreditation and re-accreditation.
  • Conduct classroom observations and provide constructive, evidence-based feedback to support teacher growth and instructional excellence.
  • Design and facilitate teacher training programs focused on effective teaching strategies and pedagogy.
  • Collaborate with academic and administrative teams to ensure alignment with accreditation standards and goals.
  • Prepare and organize all required documentation and reports related to accreditation, internal reviews, and external audits.
  • Support school leaders in drafting self-study reports, action plans, and strategic initiatives.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally in both spoken and written formats.
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to staff, promoting a culture of reflection and continuous professional learning.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education
  • Master's degree in education (preferred/advantage)
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
  • Strong command of teaching pedagogy and classroom practices
  • Proficient in using productivity tools such as MS Office and Google Workspace
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience
  • Must be familiar with WASC, CIS, PAASCU, PACUCOA, CHED or DepEd
  • Must have experience in conducting teacher's training

Preferred Experience (an advantage):

  • Teaching experience in secondary or early years education
  • Previous involvement in any school accreditation process
  • Experience conducting professional development or training sessions for educators
