The Telesales Field Officer (TFO) serves as the strategic sales support arm of the hydrid Telesales team, driving accoung revival, sales growth, and execution execellence across Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao. The role focuses on re-arranging dormant or low-performing accounts and enhancing overall sales performance. The TFO proactively identifies market opportunities, supports revenue recovery initiatives, and strengthens collaboration among telesales teams nationwide to achieve sustainable business results.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Re-engage inactive and low-performing accounts to restore sales and profitability.
  • Execute telesales strategies through on-ground validation and performance monitoring.
  • Conduct field visits to assess customers' conditions, gather feedback, and identify sales opportunities.
  • Implement revenue recovery and retention initiatives to sustain business continuity.
  • Gather market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and service trends.
  • Track telesales KPIs and provide performance reports and recommendations.
  • Strengthen telesales-field collaboration to improve execution consistency and customer reach.
  • Support telesales campaigns and product push to boost high margin sales.
  • Mentor telesales staff by sharing field insights and best practices.
  • Submit required reports.
  • Maintain accurate and updated customer data in the CRM system.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by the superior.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in business management, Engineering, Marketing, Information Technology or related field.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective written, oral communication and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across assigned regions.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, decision-making skills, and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
  • With at least 3-4 years' experience in field sales operations, account management, and audit, or performance evaluation functions.
