Who are we looking for?

We are looking for an experienced Fullstack Developer
 who feels comfortable working across the JavaScript ecosystem (frontend & backend) and also has solid knowledge of PHP and/or Python. You will not only be responsible for building and maintaining modern web applications but also for integrating AI/LLM solutions (such as OpenAI API), developing internal coding-assistant tools, and bringing automation into business processes. What will you do?

  • Develop and maintain web applications (frontend + backend),
  • Support and extend existing systems,
  • Integrate with external APIs, including OpenAI API and other LLMs,
  • Implement AI-powered tools to enhance development and business workflows,
  • Design and shape application architecture following best coding practices,
  • Write and maintain unit and end-to-end tests,
  • Collaborate with the development team and product owners.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript,
  • Hands-on experience with React, , Vue, , or similar frameworks,
  • Backend experience with and frameworks (Express, NestJS),
  • Professional experience with PHP (Symfony, Laravel) and/or Python (FastAPI, Django, Flask),
  • Proven experience integrating APIs (REST/GraphQL), including OpenAI API and other LLMs,
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Tabnine, open-source LLMs),
  • Solid understanding of SQL and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases,
  • Experience with automated testing (Cypress, unit testing),
  • Proficiency with Git/GitFlow and CI/CD pipelines,
  • Comfortable working with Linux/macOS/Windows environments,
  • English at B2 level or higher (comfortable communication).

Nice to have

  • Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and automation tools (e.g., Ansible),
  • Familiarity with monitoring tools (Sentry, Insight),
  • CMS/WordPress experience,
  • Knowledge of software design patterns and DDD,
  • Experience in building and deploying AI/ML-powered solutions.

Our Development Stack and How We Work:

  • We keep our code in GitLab (like GitHub, but cooler)
  • CI/CD at our Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment is handled by Jenkins, so once you push the code, our server updates it automagically
  • We host our solutions on Amazon Web Services (AWS), Dockers and bare metal if needed
  • Quick daily calls (Dailies) help us to make sure every Team Member knows what their team is working on
  • Our work is divided into Sprints (i.e. Agile approach)
  • Kanban boards are where we keep track of our progress (via Active Collab online ticketing system)
  • Codes you create are reviewed and commented on by a Senior Developer to ensure they meet our standards.
