Business Development Officer

The Business Development Officer will play a vital role in supporting the Real Estate Manager/Head in accelerating network expansion across Regional Business Units (RBUs). This position is key to identifying and securing strategic locations, enabling trade area leadership, and enhancing the company's market footprint through targeted site development and acquisition initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct in-depth site mapping and area profiling to identify viable locations
  • Assess site feasibility and ensure alignment with overall business objectives
  • Lead the site sourcing process, identifying high-potential locations for development
  • Handle negotiations with property owners, developers, or brokers
  • Prepare, manage, and organize all acquisition-related documentation and internal approvals
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with lessors to facilitate expansion goals
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Management, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
  • At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in real estate, franchising, or construction project management
  • Solid background in end-to-end network development, ideally within the commercial, residential, banking, or food service industries
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Willing and able to conduct fieldwork and travel as required
  • Working Set-Up: Hybrid, required for once a week On-site Office only
