We are looking for a dynamic and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact at our front desk. If you have a pleasing personality, are adept in Microsoft applications, and are a college graduate, we'd love to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist visitors and clients with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Handle incoming phone calls and direct them to appropriate personnel.
• Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and conference rooms.
• Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
• Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to both clients and team members.

Qualifications:

• Pleasing personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• College graduate with a relevant degree preferred.
• Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
