Our client, a leading multidisciplinary design firm, is currently seeking a highly organized and detail-driven Contracts Engineer to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing the preparation, coordination, and review of contracts, proposals, and bid documents—ensuring timely and accurate submissions that align with both internal standards and client requirements.

This position involves close collaboration with various internal departments including Business Development, Project Management, and Corporate Communications, as well as coordination with external consultants and legal advisors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and prepare technical and commercial proposals, contracts, and pre-qualification documents for submission in both digital and print formats.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders and subconsultants to gather necessary input, ensure compliance, and meet strict submission deadlines.
  • Review and finalize contract documents in coordination with legal consultants to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and project-specific conditions.
  • Maintain and update documentation systems including proposal templates, project references, subconsultant agreements, and contract checklists.
  • Support procurement and marketing-related initiatives as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related technical discipline.
  • At least 2–4 years of experience in contract management, proposal coordination, or procurement within an AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) or design consultancy environment.
  • Familiarity with scopes of work, deliverables, and service agreements in architecture, interior design, and VDC.
  • Strong understanding of procurement and contract processes, including risk assessment and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English; capable of drafting, editing, and reviewing technical documentation.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and Adobe Creative Suite (CS6 or newer preferred).
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling confidential information with professionalism.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced setting and manage multiple priorities with accuracy and efficiency.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php45,000.00 per month
