We're looking for a Contracts Specialist who's detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about supporting project and business operations. This role plays a key part in preparing and managing proposals, pre-qualifications, and contracts, ensuring all documents are accurate, compliant, and submitted on time.

You'll be working closely with our Client Engagement Managers, Project Managers, Corporate Communications, Business Administration, and external consultants to deliver high-quality outputs. This position reports to the Proposals and Contracts Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with internal teams and subconsultants to prepare and process proposals and contracts.
  • Assist in reviewing and finalizing contract terms with legal consultants.
  • Maintain proposal templates, client references, and subconsultant agreements for future use.
  • Support marketing and business development initiatives as needed.
  • Ensure all documentation aligns with company standards and branding guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with procurement and contract management processes.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and Adobe Creative Suite (CS6 preferred).
  • Able to handle confidential information with professionalism.
  • Knowledge of project typologies and scopes in architecture and design is an advantage.
