We are looking for a detail-oriented Proposals and Contracts Specialist to join our team. You will prepare pre-qualifications, proposals, and contracts, ensuring they are accurate and submitted on time in both print and digital formats. You'll work closely with Client Engagement Managers, Studio Project Managers, Corporate Communications, and subconsultants. This role reports to the Proposals/Contracts Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare proposals and contracts by coordinating with Client Engagement Managers, Studio PMs, and subconsultants.
  • Review and finalize contracts with legal consultants.
  • Maintain and update proposal checklists, templates, and client references.
  • Support marketing and special projects as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience in technical specification, scoping, evaluation, and contracts administration.
  • Knowledge of project scopes, services, and deliverables in architecture, interior design, or related fields.
  • Understanding of procurement and contract processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Acrobat, and Adobe Creative Suite (CS6 preferred).
  • Professional and positive attitude, with the ability to handle confidential information.
