  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional License (Passed Board Exam) in Civil Engineering
  • Must have at least 1 year experience in bidding and awarding of contracts
  • Can work under pressure and with deadlines
  • Innovative and has initiative
  • Good communication skills
  • Must be willing to work in the head office

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide cost evaluation to contractor bids and shop drawings
  • Prepare and analyze cost comparison to design budget and cost studies
  • Preparation and management of contracts to subcontractors
  • Evaluation of contracts
