Job Description:

The Contracts Manager oversees all contractual and commercial aspects of construction projects, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, company policies, and client agreements. This role is responsible for drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and managing contracts to protect the company's interests while maintaining positive client and stakeholder relationships. The Contracts Manager also provides guidance on contract administration, risk management, and cost control throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and negotiate construction contracts, subcontracts, and supplier agreements.
  • Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Manage contract administration from project initiation to completion, including variations, claims, and dispute resolution.
  • Monitor project costs, budgets, and payment schedules to safeguard profitability.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and legal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Identify and mitigate contractual risks and recommend effective solutions.
  • Prepare reports and documentation for senior management and clients.
  • Maintain strong professional relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Law, or related field.
  • Proven experience in contract management within the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of construction law, procurement processes, and contract administration.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail with strong analytical and organizational abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php80, Php120,000.00 per month
