Job Description:

  1. Reviews and executes the issued contract, service agreement, purchase orders and other form of awarded contracts.
  2. Reviews and endorse Supplier/Contractor's Progress Billing in accordance with the contracts provision and internal policies and updates payments monitoring
  3. Reviews Project correspondence / Claims / EOT / C0 / VO and assist project team for evaluating and recommends responses and action. Seek board approval and execution of pertinent documents.
  4. Co-manage all Project Contracts and interface with third party (Consultants/Subcontractor/Service Providers/Suppliers/Owners Engineer)
  5. Reviews project progress / tracking and assist project team for budgeting / scheduling and cost control
  6. Provision of commercial, administrative and contractual support to both development and project team

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's Degree holder of Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical and other relevant program).
  2. Experienced in contracts management.
  3. Knowledgeable in procurement.
  4. Knowledgeable in quantity surveying.
  5. Experienced in transmission facilities and infrastructure projects.
  6. Experience in renewable or conventional power plant is a plus.
