Position: Technical Support Agent

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
  • Experience in technical support, troubleshooting, or customer service
  • Knowledge of basic networking, operating systems, and common software application
  • Experience with Medallia and Service Cloud knowledge a plus
  • Knowledge in SAAS troubleshooting

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Deliver remote technical support to clients through phone, email, or chat platforms
  • Diagnose and resolve issues related to hardware, software, and network systems
  • Record incidents and solutions thoroughly within the ticketing system
  • Forward advanced or unresolved cases to senior support teams as needed
  • Maintain high standards of customer service to ensure client satisfaction
