We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Project Manager to lead and oversee the successful delivery of projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the completion of specific projects while ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and within scope. This role requires strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with a solid background in solutions implementation and software development lifecycle (SDLC).

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Execution

  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives.
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
  • Monitor and track project progress, adjusting plans as needed.

Team & Stakeholder Communication

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for project team members and stakeholders.
  • Facilitate regular status meetings and provide clear, concise updates.
  • Foster strong collaboration across cross-functional teams.

Issue Management

  • Identify potential project risks and issues early.
  • Develop mitigation strategies and lead resolution efforts

.Budget & Time Management

  • Prepare and manage project budgets.
  • Ensure timely approval of project milestones and deliverables.
  • Track and report on project expenditures and timelines.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Build and motivate project teams to meet project goals.
  • Promote a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and innovation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in project management, particularly in software development and solutions implementation.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana, Trello).
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is a plus.
