Job Summary:

We are hiring 2 qualified and competent professionals for QA/QC Head functions. The ideal candidates must have a minimum of 10 years' experience in quality assurance and control, MEPFS coordination, and building construction supervision. This role is critical to ensuring that all systems and works are delivered with high quality, on time, and in full compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

QA/QC Head Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the Project Quality Plan and Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs).
  • Lead quality assurance and quality control activities across all project phases.
  • Conduct inspections, testing, and verification of construction and MEPFS works.
  • Manage documentation for QA/QC compliance (e.g., NCRs, MIRs, IRs, test results).
  • Coordinate with consultants, clients, and subcontractors for quality audits and approvals.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and specifications (e.g., ISO, ASTM, ASHRAE).

MEPFS Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, and Sanitary systems with architectural and structural elements.
  • Review and validate MEPFS shop drawings and ensure proper integration into the construction schedule.
  • Monitor installation works and ensures compliance with project specifications.
  • Identify conflicts in MEPFS layouts and lead the resolution through coordination meetings.
  • Supervise testing and commissioning of MEPFS systems.

Building Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate construction sequencing, interfacing between trades, and structural-architectural integration.
  • Monitor construction progress and report daily/weekly updates to senior management.
  • Ensure timely handover of work fronts and packages between disciplines.
  • Work closely with site engineers, foremen, and subcontractors to address on-site challenges.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in QA/QC, MEPFS coordination, and building construction.
  • Certification in QA/QC or related standards (e.g., ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, PMP) is an advantage.
  • Solid understanding of local building codes, international standards, and safety protocols.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong leadership and coordination skills across multidisciplinary teams.
  • Thorough knowledge of QA/QC systems, MEPFS systems, and site coordination practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, Navisworks (for clash detection), and project management tools.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving abilities.
