JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Reviews and interpret architectural and engineering plans
  • Conducts case studies and research for presentation purposes
  • Inspect project on site to ensure that structural and architectural aspect are being implemented properly
  • Prepare progress reports
  • Coordinates with different department to resolve issues or any concerns
  • Attend contractor or supplier meetings
  • Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests
  • Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Licensed Civil Engineering
  • Construction background with at least 4-5 years experience on vertical developments (mid-high rise buildings)
  • In-depth understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles
  • Must be familiar with regulations pertaining to design and construction (building codes, fire codes)
  • Must be familiar in construction materials both traditional and new innovations, specifications and acquisition
  • Knowledgeable in AutoCAD and MS Office
  • Familiar with construction/project management softwares
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Team player with leadership skills
  • Willing to be assigned in Binan, Laguna
