QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Chemical) or equivalent.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Project Site
  • Preferably 2-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Quality Control/Assurance or equivalent.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prepares and analyses reports in order to ensure compliance with client requirements.
  • Reviews and monitors daily batch reports to ensure that all products meet the specified mix design strength.
  • Submits written report regarding the status and action taken in order to resolve and address customer complaints.
  • Plans and conducts site concrete testing in order to comply with site testing requirements.
  • Prepares incident and summary report of rejected concrete to come up with a beneficial resolution to both parties.
  • Prepares QA and QC Month End Reports to comply with quality assurance standards and support the attainment of the department goals.
  • Collaborates with operations scheduled daily concrete pouring to ensure proper coordination of activities to be done.
  • Plans and monitors the daily activities related to concrete testing to ensure that all testing schedules are followed.
  • Conducts daily toolbox discussions with team members in order to minimize product rejection, failed samples, returned concrete and reworks.
  • Ensures that all incidents that will affect the quality of concrete are reported within 24 hours to prevent significant damage to the company.
  • Reports to immediate superior/Safety Officer any unsafe acts, working conditions, and/or work procedures for resolution.
  • Complies with SHE practices and standards to ensure safety of every employee.
  • Checks and monitors daily plant activities and reports such as Demoulding, Concrete Field Technician and Admix Consumption Report, Tools Monitoring, Daily Concrete Pouring Schedule, and Distribution of Manpower in order to ensure proper documentation and scheduling.
  • Conducts daily checking of Batch Reports to determine that the deviation of raw materials is within the tolerance level.
  • Monitors the consistency of fresh concrete workability in order to meet customer requirements.
  • Performs other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time
