DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensure that processes needed for the Management Systems are established, implemented and maintained.
  • Spearhead and facilitate management reviews based on the requirements of the Management Systems
  • Plan, coordinate, participate and lead the internal audit team in conducting internal audits to provide information pertaining to compliance to local and international standards requirements, company requirements and on the effectiveness of the Management Systems implemented by the company.
  • Initiate, facilitate, document and monitors internal/external audit findings and action plans are effectively managed and addressed in a timely manner.
  • Reports performance of the management system and related issues and undertake process improvements by initiating and undertaking periodic review to assess continued suitability of the current management systems to QMS Department Head and Plant Managers.
  • Promote and implement compliance to management systems plans, programs and certification

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of any Engineering courses or Food related courses.
  • With at least one (1) year of work experience in Food Safety and Quality Management Systems implementation.

  • Good understanding on Food Safety, Quality Management, HACCP, GMP and similar local and international standards, Basic QC Tools and Problem Solving Methodology.

  • Has deep knowledge and experience in facilitating internal and external audit.

  • Willing to work at Cabuyao City, Laguna
