Job Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership
- Partner with the CEO and senior leaders to scale organizational design and talent development. Lead efforts to unify and strengthen company culture globally.
Talent Management and Organizational Development
- Develop and lead the company's talent strategy to attract, engage, and retain top talent across all functions and geographies.
- Oversee workforce planning to ensure the right skills and capabilities are in place to meet current and future business needs.
Culture & Employee Experience
- Define and evolve the company's culture strategy, ensuring it reflects the organization's mission, values, and business goals.
- Review and approve employment agreements, contractor arrangements, and vendor contracts related to people operations, talent acquisition, and benefits.
Change Leadership
- Develop and lead the organization's change management strategy, ensuring people, culture, and structure are aligned with evolving business goals.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (Master's degree or MBA preferred).
- 12–15+ years of progressive leadership experience in HR, People Operations, or Organizational Development, with at least 5 years in a senior or executive-level role.
- Proven track record in leading people and culture strategies within complex, multi-site, or global organizations.
- Demonstrated success in scaling HR functions to support high-growth or transformation environments (e.g., EOR/BPO, technology, or service industries).

Experience designing and implementing programs that strengthen culture, employee engagement, and inclusion across diverse teams. - Change Management:
Proven ability to lead cultural and organizational transformations with empathy, clarity, and measurable impact. - Employee Experience:
Expertise in shaping employee journeys that enhance retention, wellbeing, and organizational alignment. - Legal & Compliance:
Strong grasp of global labor laws, employee relations, and risk mitigation practices. - Vendor & Partner Management:
Experience overseeing HR technology and external vendor ecosystems, ensuring performance and value optimization. - HR Analytics & Data-Driven Decision Making:
Skilled in leveraging data and insights to guide workforce planning, engagement, and organizational health.
