Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Psychology or equivalent.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • With basic knowledge in all areas of Human Resource.
  • Good in Communication skills including effective listening, writing and presentation.
  • Able to express thoughts in a clear manner.
  • Proficiency with personal computers and related software packages such as Word and Excel.
  • Basic analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Flexible and with Initiative to do other task when require. Serve as point of person for Plant II.
  • Responsible for providing the support services and assistance needed in the area of Human Resource.
  • Act as a Generalist with not more than 50 employees.
  • Maintain confidential Employee Records.
  • Coordinate all concerns/Incident Report to HR Employee Relation Staff.
  • Give corrective counseling, policy interpretation and investigations to resolve issues.
  • Assist Agency Staff to all their concerns and communicate it to the Agency's Coordinator.
  • Help organize All Company's Activities not limited to; General Assembly, Teambuilding Activities and Christmas Party.
  • Must be knowledgeable with Labor Laws
  • Implement and administer employee policies
  • Provide high-quality advice and service to management on daily employee relations and performance management issues
  • Support the HR department in implementing programs to help improve the employee experience
  • Offer proactive recruiting assistance
  • Maintain ongoing relationships with employment agencies to ensure the selection of the most qualified candidates
  • Identify ways to improve policies and procedures.
  • Prepare termination and severance letters.
  • Must be willing to be assigned at Commonwealth Quezon City

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php18, Php23,000.00 per month
