Key Responsibilities

Strategic Alignment of People and Business Priorities

  • Partner with business leaders to design and execute workforce strategies that advance organizational objectives, including succession planning, talent acquisition, and retention programs.

Leadership and Capability Development

  • Coach and mentor senior leaders to enhance leadership effectiveness, promote inclusive practices, and strengthen overall organizational capability.

Culture and Organizational Transformation

  • Lead cultural development initiatives that foster innovation, collaboration, and adaptability within a dynamic technology and engineering environment.

Business Partnership and Performance Impact

  • Translate strategic business goals into actionable HR solutions that enhance engagement, productivity, and organizational performance.

Organizational Design and Change Leadership

  • Drive change management, organizational design, and capability-building initiatives to support scalability and operational excellence.

Comprehensive HR Expertise

  • Provide expert guidance across core HR areas, including compensation and benefits, employee relations, performance management, and compliance, ensuring integrated and effective HR delivery.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is an advantage.
  • Minimum of 8 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in a strategic HRBP capacity.
  • Demonstrated expertise in organizational development and change management.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to influence and partner effectively with senior stakeholders.
  • Experience in technology or engineering industries is highly preferred.
  • Professional certifications in coaching (e.g., ICF) or HR (e.g., SHRM-SCP, CIPD) are a plus.
