Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Internal Auditor. The role is located in Quezon City, with some work-from-home options available. The Internal Auditor will be responsible for conducting financial audits, preparing audit reports, and analyzing financial data. They will also assess the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management, and compliance with regulations. Effective communication with stakeholders to present findings and recommendations will be a key aspect of the role.

Qualifications

  • Lead the full-cycle recruitment
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, create compelling job descriptions, and ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience
  • Manage the onboarding process to ensure a positive and effective integration for all new hires
  • Assist with day-to-day People and Culture (HR) inquiries and provide support on policy and procedure guidance
  • Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or a related field
  • 2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, with a strong emphasis on hiring for technical roles, preferably within a tech or fintech company
