Role Description

The Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, leading, and executing all marketing initiatives of Edna's Cakeland across its 11 branches. This role ensures strong brand consistency, drives foot traffic and sales, and builds long-term customer loyalty through strategic campaigns, digital marketing, and community engagement.

The Marketing Manager will lead the central marketing team, coordinate with branch managers, and work closely with operations and sales to support business growth.

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.

Experience

  • Minimum 3–5 years of marketing experience, preferably in:

  • Food & beverage

  • Retail chains

  • Multi-branch or franchise businesses

  • At least 1–2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong leadership and people-management skills.

  • Solid understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.

  • Creative, strategic, and results-oriented mindset.

  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.

  • Data-driven and organized.

  • Willing to visit branches and handle on-ground marketing activities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php40,000.00 per month
