We are looking for a passionate and experienced Marketing and Training Assistant to join our Team at Mary Roche' Marketing. This full time role is based in Angeles City, Pampanga and play a critical part in supporting our growing business. Marketing and Training Assistant's job is to support the marketing team in planning, executing and evaluating marketing strategies and campaigns. Additionally, assists in organizing and conducting training sessions for employees to enhance their skills and knowledge on various sales and marketing topics.

Qualifications

·      At least college degree

·      Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) also in using Canva and Editing tools

·      Know how to visualize and market the product through videos, pictures, and presentation

·      Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and a degree of creativity for content creation are beneficial

·      Strong organizational and multitasking abilities are needed to handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

·      Open for fresh graduate but experience is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

1.     Marketing Support

·      Assist in developing and implementing marketing plans and campaigns.

·      Conduct market research and create engaging contents for various channels.

·      Edit pictures, videos, brochures, labels of the company products and other editing needs of the company for marketing.

2.     Administrative Task

·      Support the marketing team with administrative duties such as data entry and event planning.

·      Collaborate with different departments to ensure marketing strategies align with the company objectives.

3.     Training Coordination

·      Organize and schedule training sessions, workshops, and webinars.

·      Prepare training materials and evaluate program effectiveness.

·      Provide feedback for improvement and ensure alignment with company goals.

·      Communication Skills – Excellent written and verbal communication for creating engaging contents and effective training delivery.

·      Organizational Skills – Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

·      Creativity- Innovative thinking for marketing strategies and training program.

·      Analytical Skills – Proficiency in analyzing market trends, campaign performance, and training effectiveness.

·      Technical Skills - Familiarity with digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and training software.

·      Interpersonal Skills – Strong collaboration and relationship-building with team members and other departments.

·      Time Management – Effective time management to meet deadlines and ensure smooth execution of tasks.
