About the role

FERNA CORPORATION' is looking for a driven and detail-oriented Marketing Staff to join our team in Navotas City Metro Manila. This full-time position will be responsible for supporting our marketing initiatives and contributing to the overall success of our company.

What you'll be doing

  1. Assist in the implementation of marketing campaigns and promotional activities
  2. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute digital content strategies
  3. Provide administrative support for the marketing department, including task management and record-keeping
  4. Conduct market research and data analysis to identify trends and insights
  5. Contribute to the creation of marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, and social media posts
  6. Participate in the planning and coordination of events and trade shows
  7. Provide excellent customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders

What we're looking for

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  2. 1-2 years of experience in a marketing or administrative support role in Food Manufacturing
  3. Strong written and verbal communication skills
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and digital marketing tools
  5. Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
  6. Proactive problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  7. Passion for marketing and a keen interest in the latest industry trends
