Retail Head

• Develop and implement retail business strategies to achieve revenue growth and market expansion.
• Identify new retail opportunities and locations to increase market coverage.
• Establish short-term and long-term goals for retail operations aligned with company objectives.
• Oversee the daily operations of all retail outlets, ensuring compliance with operational standards and company policies.
• Analyze sales performance and implement action plans to improve sales volume and profitability.
• Prepare and manage the retail division's annual budget and forecasts.
• Implement cost-effective measures to improve efficiency and profitability.
• Conduct regular area visits to assess performance, provide guidance, and ensure operational excellence.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction by maintaining product freshness, cleanliness, and excellent service.
• Ensure compliance with government regulations on seafood handling and retail operations.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Marketing, or any related field.
• At least 2 - 3 years of progressive experience in retail operations management, preferably in the food, seafood, or fresh market industry.
• Proven leadership in managing multiple retail brances or outlets.
• Strong business acumen, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of cold chain logistics and seafood product management is an advantage.
