HIRING: MARKETING MANAGER – Dimsum Station

Dimsum Station, a fast-growing food and franchising brand under Gocu Food Manufacturing Inc., is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead our brand's digital presence and creative content development.

This role requires a highly motivated and creative individual with strong experience in social media management, content creation, and video production. The Marketing Manager will play a key role in building brand awareness, strengthening online engagement, and supporting franchise and distribution growth nationwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and social media strategies.
  • Manage Dimsum Station's official pages across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Conceptualize, produce, and edit video content for campaigns, product launches, and promotional materials.
  • Oversee the creation of monthly content calendars aligned with brand goals.
  • Analyze marketing performance metrics and provide actionable insights.
  • Coordinate with franchise, operations, and design teams for campaign execution.
  • Ensure all communications are aligned with Dimsum Station's branding and tone.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in digital marketing or social media management (preferably in the food & beverage or franchising industry).
  • Strong skills in video editing, copywriting, and social media analytics.
  • Creative, organized, and able to work under minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
