We're looking for a creative, organized, and goal-driven Marketing Officer to join our team and help us grow our brand both online and offline.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and monitor monthly marketing campaigns for Luxe Beauty Lounge.
  • Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) and create engaging content.
  • Coordinate photo/video shoots, influencer collaborations, and promotional events.
  • Track analytics, ad performance, and engagement reports.
  • Handle promotions, brand collaterals, and partnership activities.
  • Work closely with management to align marketing with sales goals and seasonal offers.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • At least 1–2 years experience in marketing, social media management, or digital campaigns.
  • Strong communication and design sense (Canva or basic editing skills a plus).
  • Creative thinker, organized, and results-oriented.
  • Preferably from Pampanga or nearby areas.
