Business Development Executive
Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Executive to drive growth and expansion in Metro Manila, and nearby Region within Luzon, for Engkanto Brewery. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, being the BRAND AMBASSADOR and developing strategies that enhance our market presence.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in business development within the FMCG, Hospitality, F&B or retail sectors.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and can work independently.
- Strong interpersonal skills
- In-depth knowledge of F&B and retail industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
- Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats in the F&B and retail sectors.
- Develop and implement business development strategies to increase market share and revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and industry partners. Retain existing clients and farm out new potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with partners and suppliers to ensure favorable terms.
- Work closely with marketing, operations, and finance teams to align business development efforts with company goals.
- Track and report on sales metrics and business development performance; adjust strategies as needed.
- Attend industry events and trade shows to promote the brand and establish new connections.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Passion for the food and beverage industry and retail trends.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php30, Php50,000.00 per month
