Adventure Consultancy Solutions (ACS) is seeking a highly driven and strategic Business Development Executive to lead business growth and build long-term client partnerships. If you excel in B2B sales, thrive in a target-driven environment, and know how to convert conversations into revenue, we want to meet you.

In this role, you will not only sell, you will develop strong client relationships and deliver tailored workforce and FinTech solutions that drive real business impact.

Key Responsibilities

As a Business Development Executive at ACS, you will:

  • Acquire and expand client accounts across manpower outsourcing, direct placement, and FinTech solutions
  • Build, nurture, and influence relationships with key decision-makers and industry stakeholders
  • Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, contract negotiation, closing, and onboarding
  • Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals and presentations
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery and client retention

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of B2B sales experience (Experience in manpower outsourcing, staffing, HR services, or FinTech is an advantage)
  • Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and consultative selling skills
  • Excellent communication and executive client-facing skills
  • Proficient in using CRM tools and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline
  • Self-starter with strong drive, resilience, and a results-oriented mindset
  • Willing to travel for client meetings as needed
