Business Development Executive (Marine / Deployment & Industry)

Hybrid Setup – 4 Days WFH, 1 Day Onsite | Full-time | Dayshift

Job Summary:

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for driving business opportunities within the marine and industrial sectors, focusing on partnerships with maritime agencies, transport companies, and related businesses. The role involves lead generation, relationship management, and sales execution to meet revenue goals and strengthen the company's market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business development strategies focused on marine, transport, and industrial clients.
  • Identify and build relationships with maritime agencies, shipping companies, and related organizations.
  • Generate new leads and convert prospects into long-term business partners.
  • Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure consistent satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and emerging industry trends.
  • Represent the company at relevant events, meetings, and industry gatherings to expand its network.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure service quality and timely delivery of client requirements.
  • Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Maritime Studies, or any related field.
  • 3 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably within the marine, shipping, or maritime industry.
  • Strong existing network with marine transport agencies or related partners.
  • Proven track record in generating leads and closing deals.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented.
  • Willing to attend onsite meetings and client visits when necessary.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Makati: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
