Job Summary:

We're seeking a meticulous and organized CRM Data Specialist (Virtual Assistant) to support our operations team in managing and maintaining accurate records within The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring data quality, consistency, and completeness across all client and lead databases. This position involves data entry, research, verification, and regular updates to support business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update CRM data within , ensuring information is accurate and current.
  • Conduct research via Google and LinkedIn to complete or verify missing contact and lead details.
  • Import and export data between and CSV files with precision.
  • Review and clean data to identify errors or inconsistencies.
  • Collaborate with the Operations Manager to optimize CRM use for business development goals.
  • Report any data-related discrepancies or irregularities promptly.
  • Uphold confidentiality and data security standards at all times.

Mandatory Skills:

  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Proficient in or other CRM platforms.
  • Strong English communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Skilled in data verification, cleaning, and management.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently.
  • Proficient in online research using tools like Google and LinkedIn.

Preferred Skills:

  • Hands-on experience with (data import/export, board setup).
  • Previous work in CRM or database management.
  • Familiarity with sales and lead tracking processes.
  • Strong spreadsheet skills (Google Sheets or Excel).
  • Experience collaborating in remote teams.
