Your Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented CRM Data Cleaning Specialist to lead the charge in ensuring the accuracy, relevance, and cleanliness of our CRM data. The primary focus of this role is to clean, organize, and optimize our contact lists to support effective marketing, sales, and business operations. Secondary responsibilities include maintaining CRM use-ability and collaborating with other team members.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily reviews and cleaning of all new inbound leads via phone call.
• Identify and resolve data deficiencies, such as incomplete addresses, missing phone numbers, and inaccurate company information.
• Eliminate duplicate data by running duplicate checks and merging contact and company records.
• Monitor and clean bounced, non-marketable, and unsubscribed email addresses to improve email deliverability.
• Remove spam bots, invalid contacts, and competitors from the system.
• Perform regular maintenance to keep data accurate, searchable, and actionable.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Standardize data formats and fix formatting issues to ensure consistency throughout our Excel contact list and CRM platform.
• Perform contact imports for our weekly campaigns, and exports for the associated mailing lists.
• Continuously build the Farm List by sourcing and scrubbing contacts from Google, LinkedIn, Purchased Lists, and other list sources.
• Track email status health and ensure deliverability metrics are optimized.
• Train other employees on CRM processes and data cleaning best practices.
• Work closely with the Marketing Assistant to maintain client information, including services, review appointments, and other key details.

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of prior experience of telemarketing and working in CRMs.
• Extremely clear communication skills for cleaning the list via phone call.
• Proven experience in CRM data cleaning, management, or a similar role.
• Excellent attention to detail with a passion for data accuracy.
• Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g. Keap) and data tools (e.g. Excel).
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
