General Summary: The Sales Supervisor is responsible for planning and implementing sales targets and programs, marketing and product development programs, both short and long range, targeted toward existing and new markets.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any Business or Marketing related courses
  • 5 years experience in Sales Department, 2 years of which are Supervisory Position
  • Proven experience in the field of Sales specifically of Food Packaging Products
  • Experience in handling/dealing with government related sales/transactions an Advantage
  • Proven experience in all aspects of customer/market research, and developing marketing/sales strategies
  • Skills: Excellent in the following – Leadership, Planning, Interpersonal, Analytical, Report Writing, Mathematical and Communication, Technical Marketing, Time Management, Negotiation, Presentation, Administrative
  • Orientation: Mentor/Coach, Detailed, Flexible, Pro Active, Team Player, with Good Sense of Urgency & Commitment to get the job done ahead of time, Customer Focus, Results-Driven, Self-motivated
  • Proficient in Microsoft Application especially Powerpoint
  • Natural relationship builder with high level of integrity, reliability and maturity
  • Solid judgement along with decision making skills
  • Knowledgeable with team building techniques
  • Familiarity with ISO Documentation and Processes a PLUS
  • Have a working knowledge of operations including an automated workflow system for both digital and press production
  • Willing to work at Sulok St., Barangay Ugong Valenzuela City
  • Willing to work on site, Monday-Friday
