The Opportunity (Remote)
We are looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to help grow our client base. You will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and booking meetings with potential clients. As the first point of contact for many brands, you will play a key role in communicating value and setting the foundation for strong client partnerships.
Your Impact
- Research and identify e-commerce brands that would benefit from Amazon services.
- Conduct outreach through email, cold calls, and LinkedIn to engage key decision-makers.
- Qualify leads based on fit, need, and readiness to explore agency support.
- Schedule and coordinate introductory meetings for senior sales team members.
- Maintain accurate records of all prospecting activities in the CRM.
- Work closely with sales and marketing to align on messaging and targeting strategies.
- Continuously test and improve outreach strategies based on performance data.
Your Qualifications
- 6 to 12 months of sales, business development, or client-facing experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-starter with high energy and a proactive attitude.
- Comfortable with cold calling and direct outreach.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with CRMs, sales tools, and modern outreach strategies.
- Interest in e-commerce, digital marketing, or the Amazon ecosystem.
Preferred But Not Required
- Experience working in an agency, SaaS, or e-commerce environment.
- Understanding of Amazon Seller or Vendor Central.
- Experience using HubSpot or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Fluency in English is a MUST.
- Fluency in an additional European language.
