Administrative Assistant

Job Objective:
- Provide administrative support in order to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of the operations
- Ability to prioritize, organize, and effective communication with all levels staff will valuable in providing outstanding administrative support.
Job Responsibilities:
- Funds custodian , responsible and accountable of store's MCF - Master Cash Funds, PCF - Petty Cash Funds and SCF - Senior Cashier Funds
- Consolidation, checking, reviews and validation of Daily Sales Report.
- Assist cashier and crews; monitors daily crew meal
- Organize filing of office documents, employee file, etc.
- Perform monthly inventory count of all countable inside the office.
- Strictly follow submission of daily time sheet according to payroll cycle.
- Responsible to maintain orderliness and cleanliness of workplace/ office.
Job Qualification:
- Associate's degree in related field
- At least 2 years administrative experience
- Attention to detail
- Willing to work in shifting schedule, weekends and holidays.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php16, Php18,000.00 per month
