Administrative Support
Prepares, organizes, and files documents.
- Handles incoming and outgoing communications (emails, letters, calls).
- Schedules and coordinates meetings, appointments, and office calendars.
- Assists in preparing reports, presentations, and forms.
Manages office supplies and ensures availability of materials.
Office Coordination
Maintains cleanliness, orderliness, and organization of the office.
- Coordinates with suppliers, service providers, and office maintenance.
- Ensures equipment (printers, phones, computers) are functional; reports issues when necessary.
Supports daily office operations and follows company procedures.
Records and Documentation
Maintains accurate records, databases, and logs.
- Ensures documents are properly stored, labeled, and backed up.
Assists in updating employee lists, inventories, and internal logs.
Communication and Customer Service
Greets and assists guests, clients, and visitors.
- Coordinates with internal departments for requests and information.
Answers inquiries professionally and routes messages to concerned personnel.
HR and Admin Support (if assigned)
Assists in onboarding new employees (ID, forms, orientation schedule).
- Helps with attendance monitoring and submission of timesheets.
Assists with memos, notices, and basic HR documentation.
Financial/Logistics Support (optional)
Prepares petty cash liquidation or reimbursement documents.
- Assists in basic purchasing and monitoring deliveries.
Supports logistics coordination for company events or activities.
Special Tasks
Assists in company activities, events, and admin projects.
- Performs other tasks assigned by the supervisor or management.
- Ensures confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php15, Php20,000.00 per month
