JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Handle office communications, documentation, and filing of records.
  • Assist in preparing and updating reports, forms, and databases.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Support administrative and clerical tasks related to customer service and billing.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments such as accounting and operations teams.
  • Perform administrative and other task as needed.
