Job Summary
Lyanthe Financial Services, Inc.' is seeking an experienced Payroll Administrator (Netherlands / Dutch Clients) to join our dynamic team based in Davao City, Davao del Sur. This is a full-time position responsible for managing the payroll processing for our Dutch clients. The role involves ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, compliance with Dutch payroll tax regulations, managing employee benefits records, and resolving payroll discrepancies.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage and process monthly payroll for a portfolio of Dutch clients, including calculating wages, salaries, bonuses, and deductions
- Ensure compliance with all applicable Dutch labor laws, regulations, and reporting requirements
- Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders to address payroll-related inquiries and resolve any discrepancies
- Maintain accurate and detailed payroll records, and generate payroll reports as required
- Assist with the preparation of payroll tax filings and other statutory submissions
- Stay up to date with changes in payroll legislation and best practices, and recommend process improvements
- Provide backup support to the payroll team as needed
Skills and Competencies
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, or a related business field
- Minimum 2 years of payroll administration experience, preferably in a Dutch payroll environment
- Excellent knowledge of Dutch payroll regulations and best practices
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in using payroll software and spreadsheet applications
- Experience with Dutch payroll systems is required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and colleagues
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Demonstrated problem-solving and critical thinking skills
