Operations Manager

We're a global art supply brand on a mission to inspire creativity. We partner with leading artists and creators to design unique paintbrush sets, subscription boxes, and art experiences that reach customers worldwide. With strong growth across the USA, Europe, and beyond, we're now looking for an Operations Manager to help us scale smoothly and effectively.

The Role

As our Operations Manager, you'll be the backbone of our day-to-day operations. You'll oversee logistics, fulfilment, customer service systems, and process improvements, ensuring everything runs seamlessly as we expand. You'll work closely with the founder and our lean, creative team to build structure, accountability, and efficiency across the business.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee order fulfilment, shipping, and logistics with our global partners
  • Manage and optimise customer service processes (response times, chargebacks, refunds, satisfaction)
  • Own and improve internal systems (Google Drive, Asana, Slack, trackers, SOPs) to ensure clarity and accountability
  • Monitor KPIs across departments, highlight issues (Green/Amber/Red), and drive solutions
  • Support in managing artist collaborations, product launches, and subscription box workflows
  • Coordinate between marketing, design, and customer service teams to keep projects on track
  • Identify bottlenecks and implement practical solutions to help us scale to the next level

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar role (preferably in e-commerce, subscription, or creative industries)
  • Strong organisational and systems-thinking skills
  • Comfortable managing KPIs, reporting, and process documentation
  • Excellent communicator who can hold people accountable and push for deadlines
  • Proficient in tools like Asana, Google Workspace, and project management platforms
  • Experience working with remote and international teams
  • A proactive problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced, growing company
