ACCOUNTING STAFF RESPONSIBILITIES

·       Verifying Accounts Payable and Receivable
·       Assist in Payroll Systems, deduction, taxes and benefits

·       Assist in managing financial records in compliance with tax and accounting laws.

·       Assist in monitors financial management of departmental budgets and budget allocation

·       Reviewing incoming and outgoing invoices.

·       Bank reconciliation

·       Familiar in BIR taxes

·       Perform monthly bank reconciliations through analyzing receipts and disbursements, verifying accuracy, and researching and resolving any reconciling factors.

ACCOUNTING STAFF  REQUIREMENTS

·       Bachelor's degree in Accounting

· yrs experience working as an Accounting Staff or a similar position in the Accounting Department.

·       Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools.

·       Familiarity working with with Bizlink is an advantage

·       Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment as and when required.

·       Ability to pay close attention to detail for accuracy.

·       Strong analytical skills.

·       Exceptional mathematical skills.

·       Good critical reasoning abilities.

·       Strong verbal and written communication skills.

·       Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.

·       Outstanding problem-solving skills.

·       Good time management abilities.

·       Strong decision-making skills.
