We are hiring an E-commerce Executive Finance and Operations Manager to oversee budgeting, financial tracking, and cost management for a growing Shopify-based business. The role involves analyzing profit margins, supplier payments, and logistics costs while ensuring financial accuracy across multiple systems.

Must Have's

  • 3+ years of e-commerce finance experience (Shopify and logistics cost management)
  • Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
  • Hands-on experience with supplier payments, cost tracking, and fulfillment analysis
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, or Google Sheets
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Nice-to-Haves / Preferred

  • Experience using Asana, Trello, or
  • Knowledge of ERP systems and CRM tools
  • Background in cross-border e-commerce compliance
  • Experience working independently in remote setups

We are looking for the following specific requirements

  • 3+ years in e-commerce finance and backend operations
  • Experience in supplier payment management and financial reporting
  • Strong analytical and financial process optimization skills
  • Excellent communication and organization across time zones
  • Experience with Shopify reporting and cost forecasting

Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

  • Analyze cost structures and track profit margins
  • Prepare and present e-commerce financial reports
  • Manage AP/AR and reconcile invoices
  • Oversee operational costs and cost-saving initiatives
  • Track and optimize financial performance metrics
  • Support cross-functional reporting with management
  • Maintain CRM/ERP data and documentation

Rate

$5.50 per hour

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM GST (1:00 PM – 5:00 PM PHT)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php55, Php60,000.00 per month
