Operations Manager

Salary Range: PHP 70,000 – PHP 100,000 per month (PH-based, remote)

We're seeking an organized and proactive Operations Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure smooth coordination across all departments of our diamond and jewelry company. This role acts as the bridge between ownership and department leads, translating management's vision into actionable plans. You'll manage company projects, maintain alignment between teams, and ensure accountability across Accounting, HR, Marketing, Automation & AI, and Executive Assistant teams.

Reports to: Company Owners

Key Responsibilities

  • Assign and manage company projects, track progress, and report updates to management.
  • Ensure department priorities align with overall company goals and strategy.
  • Review team performance, resolve bottlenecks, and collaborate with the AI team to improve workflows.
  • Maintain clear communication and structured reporting between leadership and all departments.
  • Lead and motivate teams to maintain high standards of execution and collaboration.

Qualifications / Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing teams or company operations.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple departments and competing priorities.
  • Data-driven mindset with attention to both strategy and execution.
