Job Description

  • Coordinate daily cargo handling and warehouse activities to ensure smooth and timely operations.
  • Work closely with ground handling agents (GHA) and other stakeholders to ensure proper cargo transfer and adherence to airline procedures.
  • Monitor GHA compliance with airline standards, operational processes, and safety requirements.
  • Support ULD monitoring activities and ensure proper tracking and usage.
  • Assist in coordinating with interline partners for transiting cargo and ensure quick turnaround for connecting flights.
  • Provide cargo load plans during flight operations and assist GHAs for accurate cargo loading.
  • Oversee cargo acceptance and ramp operations to ensure accuracy, safety, and on-time performance.
  • Stay updated on industry regulations, operational procedures, and best practices to maintain compliance.

Must Have:

  • College graduate of any 4-year course.
  • 2–3 years of experience in airline, cargo, logistics, or freight forwarding operations.
  • Strong understanding of air cargo procedures, handling, and operational workflows.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong teamwork, adaptability, and ability to support full operational activities.

Plus Factors:

  • Background in aviation or logistics sales.
  • Experience coordinating with ground handling agents (GHA).
  • Knowledge of airline cargo sales processes and industry best practices.
