About the role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Processor to join our dynamic team at Transpacific International Consolidator Inc. in Paranaque City, Metro Manila. In this full-time role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the efficient processing and tracking of freight and cargo for our diverse global client base.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage the processing of inbound and outbound freight and cargo, ensuring accurate documentation and timely delivery
  • Monitor and update the status of shipments throughout the logistics chain, communicating with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Liaise with customs, carriers, and other logistics providers to resolve any issues or discrepancies
  • Maintain detailed records and generate reports on freight and cargo movements
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external clients

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 1 year experience in a freight/cargo operations or logistics role
  • Strong understanding of freight and cargo forwarding processes, including customs clearance and documentation requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders
  • Proficient in using logistics management software and data analysis tools
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities to quickly address any issues that may arise
  • Adaptable and able to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
