The role also involves close coordination with operations, shippers, consignees, and other logistics partners to ensure timely delivery and service quality.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of BS Customs Administration
  • With a minimum of one (1) year experience as Quality Service Officer of equivalent position
  • Knowledgeable in using MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Good communication and presentation skills (oral and written)
